Also known as 5 alpha hydroxy Laxogenin or 5a hydroxy Laxogenin, Laxogenin is a plant compound and the most famous member of a group of compounds collectively known as brassinosteroids, which also includes mustard.
Laxogenin is essentially a plant steroid whose structure is similar to the more well-known plant extract ecdysterone. Studies have shown that it exhibits similar anabolic properties to anabolic steroids, such as Anavar, which is one of the most popular oral anabolic steroids ever.

An effective substitute for prohormones. Consider the type of muscle tonic. If you ignore those factors that affect hormone levels, such as prohormones, SARMS, testosterone boosters, and estrogen blockers, the list of ingredients that can help users improve performance and recover faster becomes relatively limited. Laxogenin is such an ingredient.
Complement the use of protein supplements. If you also ignore supplements that are based on protein or protein breakdown products (such as branched-chain amino acids), the list becomes shorter. Laxogenin is in this camp along with the other ingredients we will review in this series (such as epicatechin, arachidonic acid, and creatine).
Act fast. Since Laxogenin supplements tend to work quickly, they are ideal for people who want to build muscle and strength quickly.
Can be superimposed with prohormone. Laxogenin can be used in combination with other supplements (such as testosterone boosters and estrogen blockers) to enhance muscle formation and recovery in two different ways. This is more meaningful than the more common method of stacking 2 or 3 different testosterone boosters, which all target exactly the same pathway.
Can be used for PCT (post-cycle treatment). This also makes Laxogenin products a wise choice after the prohormones cycle, because they help promote anabolism through a different approach than testosterone boosters.
According to our research, Laxogenin has almost no side effects.
The side effects reported by users are mild stomach problems and headaches. Having said that, many users have not reported any side effects at all.
It is very safe to consume; otherwise, the company would not sell it.
Of course, the dosage guidelines must be followed. Don’t do anything stupid, start with a low dose to evaluate your tolerance.
It is also worth mentioning that you do not need post-cycle treatment after the cycle.
Recommended dosage:
Beginner: 25 mg per day
Intermediate: 50 mg per day
Advanced: 100 mg per day
If you look around online, you will see people talking about dosages as high as 200 mg per day, but they may not get the true pure laxogenin.
